一、服务说明1. Service Description
复得是一款运行于 Windows 10/11（64 位）的桌面数据恢复工具，通过文件头签名扫描、磁盘镜像、视频挽救筛查、视频修复等能力帮助用户找回误删或丢失的文件。软件采用「免费版 + 付费授权码」模式：免费版可完整扫描、预览并免费使用视频挽救筛查，付费授权码解锁完整导出、专业播放器、不限次数的视频修复、智能密码破解等能力。Fude is a desktop data recovery tool for Windows 10/11 (64-bit) that helps recover deleted or lost files through signature scanning, disk imaging, video triage, and video repair. It uses a freemium model: the free version offers full scanning, preview, and free video triage; paid license keys unlock full export, professional player, unlimited video repair, and smart password recovery.
二、授权码规则2. License Key Rules
- 授权码在应用内购买，激活后与设备指纹绑定，支持绑定的设备数：基础版 2 台、专业版 3 台。License keys are purchased in-app and bound to device fingerprints upon activation: Basic (2 devices), Pro (3 devices).
- 授权码仅限购买者本人使用，禁止转售、出租、共享或用于未授权的商业用途。License keys are for the purchaser's personal use only. Resale, rental, sharing, or unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
- 同一授权码在超出设备数的新设备激活时，将被要求先解绑已有设备。Activating on a new device beyond the limit will require deactivating an existing device first.
- 经核实存在盗用、批量共享、恶意刷单等行为的授权码，我们有权在不另行通知的情况下吊销，并保留追究责任的权利。License keys found to be stolen, massively shared, or fraudulently obtained may be revoked without notice, with liability reserved.
三、退款政策3. Refund Policy
- 未激活的订单：自支付成功起 7 天内可申请全额退款。Unactivated orders: full refund within 7 days of payment.
- 已激活但未使用任何付费功能（如导出、修复、批量操作等）的订单：激活后 24 小时内可申请全额退款。Activated but no paid features used (export, repair, batch operations, etc.): full refund within 24 hours of activation.
- 已激活且已使用付费功能的订单：原则上不支持退款；如有争议可提交人工审核，按使用情况评估。Activated and paid features used: refund not guaranteed by default; disputes can be submitted for manual review based on usage.
- 退款成功后，对应的授权码将被吊销并停止服务。After a successful refund, the corresponding license key will be revoked and service terminated.
- 退款申请通过应用内「我的授权-申请退款」提交，处理时效为 1-3 个工作日。Refund requests are submitted via in-app "My License → Request Refund", processed within 1-3 business days.
四、免责约定4. Disclaimer
数据恢复成功率取决于存储介质状况、删除后的覆写情况、加密强度等多种因素，复得不承诺任何文件必然可恢复。完整的不承诺清单见《免责声明》。请务必在使用前阅读并理解。Recovery success depends on storage media condition, post-deletion overwriting, encryption strength, and other factors. 五、知识产权5. Intellectual Property
复得软件的代码、界面、文档及相关内容的知识产权归开发者所有。用户不得对软件进行反向工程、反编译、破解授权或用于任何违反法律法规的用途。All intellectual property rights of Fude's code, interface, documentation, and related content belong to the developer. Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or use the software for any illegal purpose.
六、条款变更6. Changes to Terms
我们可能根据业务与合规要求更新本条款，更新后将在本页面公布。重大变更会通过应用内公告提示。继续使用软件即视为接受更新后的条款。We may update these terms for business and compliance needs. Updates will be posted on this page. Major changes will be announced in-app. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
