一、恢复效果不保证1. Recovery Not Guaranteed
数据恢复成功率取决于多种因素：存储介质类型与状态、删除后的覆写情况、文件系统结构、加密强度等。复得不承诺任何文件必然可恢复。免费扫描功能可帮助你在获取授权码前评估恢复可能性，请据此决定是否购买。Recovery success depends on many factors: storage media type and condition, post-deletion overwriting, file system structure, encryption strength, etc. Fude does not guarantee any file can be recovered. Free scanning helps you assess recoverability before purchasing — please decide accordingly.
二、不承诺清单2. Non-Guarantee List
以下场景复得无法保证恢复：Fude cannot guarantee recovery in the following scenarios:
- SSD 已启用 TRIM（删除数据可能已被物理擦除）；SSD with TRIM enabled (deleted data may have been physically erased).
- 全盘加密（BitLocker/FileVault）且无解密密钥；Full-disk encryption (BitLocker/FileVault) without the decryption key.
- RAR5/AES-256 等强加密压缩包且密码无规律可循；Strong encryption (RAR5/AES-256) archives with random passwords.
- 存储介质物理损坏（坏道、烧毁、进水、摔落）。Physically damaged media (bad sectors, fire, water, impact damage).
复得会在扫描前进行介质诊断并如实告知可恢复性评估，避免无效等待。Fude performs media diagnostics before scanning and provides an honest recoverability assessment to avoid wasted time.
三、停止使用源介质3. Stop Using the Source Media
发现文件丢失后，请立即停止对源存储介质的写入操作，否则新数据可能覆写待恢复文件，降低恢复成功率。建议先使用复得的磁盘镜像功能制作镜像副本，再在镜像上操作。After discovering file loss, immediately stop writing to the source media — new data may overwrite recoverable files and reduce success rates. Use Fude's disk imaging feature to create a backup copy first, then operate on the image.
四、物理损坏免责4. Physical Damage Disclaimer
存储介质存在物理损坏时，请优先联系专业数据恢复机构。复得仅处理逻辑层面的数据恢复（删除恢复、格式化恢复、分区丢失等），对物理层面的数据抢救不承担任何责任。For physically damaged media, contact a professional data recovery service first. Fude only handles logical recovery (deleted files, formatted drives, lost partitions) and assumes no responsibility for physical data salvage.
五、密码功能合法使用5. Legal Use of Password Feature
复得的密码找回功能仅限用于恢复您本人所有或经授权访问的数据（如找回自己遗忘的密码、处置本人数字遗产）。未经授权破解他人加密资料属于违法行为，请遵守您所在国家/地区的法律法规。使用本功能即表示您确认对所操作的加密数据拥有合法权利。Fude's password recovery is strictly for recovering your own data or data you are authorized to access (e.g., forgotten passwords, managing your digital assets). Unauthorized cracking of others' encrypted files is illegal — please comply with your local laws. Using this feature confirms you have legal rights to the encrypted data.
六、隐私承诺6. Privacy Commitment
所有文件数据处理均在用户本地完成，文件内容不会上传。授权验证仅传输授权码和设备指纹哈希。详见《隐私说明》。All file processing is done locally — file contents are never uploaded. License verification only transmits the key and device fingerprint hash. See Privacy Policy.
七、其他7. Other
