一、本地处理原则1. Local Processing Principle
复得是 100% 本地处理工具。所有扫描、镜像、恢复、视频挽救筛查、密码尝试、视频修复操作均在你自己的电脑上完成，你的文件数据永远不会上传到任何服务器。这也是我们与在线恢复服务的根本区别。Fude is a 100% local processing tool. All scanning, imaging, recovery, video triage, password attempts, and video repair are performed on your own computer. Your file data is never uploaded to any server. This is our fundamental difference from online recovery services.
二、我们收集的信息2. Information We Collect
- 授权码与激活记录：用于授权验证与设备绑定管理。License key and activation records: used for license verification and device binding management.
- 设备指纹（哈希值）：仅传输不可逆哈希，用于绑定设备、识别盗用，无法还原为任何设备身份信息。Device fingerprint (hash): only irreversible hashes are transmitted for device binding and abuse detection; they cannot be reversed to any device identity information.
- 订单与支付信息：订单号、套餐、金额；支付由第三方支付服务处理，我们不存储你的银行卡或支付账户信息。Order and payment info: order ID, plan, amount. Payments are processed by third-party services; we do not store your bank card or payment account information.
三、网络请求说明3. Network Requests
- 授权码验证：向云服务器传输授权码与设备指纹哈希。License verification: transmits the license key and device fingerprint hash to the cloud server.
- 应用内支付：创建订单与支付回调。In-app payment: order creation and payment callbacks.
- 除上述用途外，软件不会向任何服务器发送你的文件或扫描结果。Beyond the above, the software does not send your files or scan results to any server.
四、数据保存与删除4. Data Retention & Deletion
- 授权服务器仅保存完成授权所必需的记录（授权码、绑定设备哈希、订单状态）。The license server retains only the records necessary for authorization (license key, bound device hash, order status).
- 你可以随时在应用内注销设备，注销后该设备的绑定记录即刻解除。You can deactivate a device at any time in-app; the binding is released immediately.
- 退款或授权吊销后，相关授权记录将按要求保留必要期限以履行合规义务，此后定期清理。After refund or revocation, related records are retained as required for compliance, then periodically purged.
五、第三方5. Third Parties
应用内支付由第三方支付服务商处理。支付行为受其各自的服务条款与隐私政策约束，请在使用支付功能前了解。In-app payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Payment activities are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies — please review before using payment features.
